Registration of information on withdrawal from circulation. Recommendations on the provision of information to the National Information System for Product Marking and Traceability (NIS MPT) “Asl Belgisi”.

Registration of information on the withdrawal from circulation (retail sale) of goods marked with digital identification means in the National Information System for Product Marking and Traceability “ASL BELGISI” (NIS “ASL BELGISI”) is carried out through integration with the information system of the Fiscal Data Operator (FDO) and the exchange of information on electronic fiscal documents (receipts) generated by online cash registers and virtual cash registers (online CRs).

This document provides:

• Recommendations on the correct formation of the “label” field (for marketplaces – “labels”) within the electronic fiscal document (receipt);

• Recommendations on ensuring format and logical control when generating electronic fiscal documents (receipts) for goods subject to mandatory digital marking.
