NIS MPT: Notification of disaggregation of transport package

Creating the "Notification of disaggregation of transport package" document allows participants in the circulation of goods to disaggregate transport packaging codes.

❗️This functionality is available only for the product group "Medicinal Products"❗️

To submit information about transport package disaggregation to the NIS MPT, users must go to the Unified Personal Account and navigate to:
"Documents" → "Add Document" → "Notification of disaggregation of transport package".

Filling in the data:

• Organization data is loaded automatically.

• The user must select an .xls file containing a list of parent transport packaging that need to be disaggregated.

After selecting the file, click the "Submit" button to send the document. The system will verify the data for correctness and register the Notification of disaggregation of transport package

⚠️ Document processing conditions:

Before performing the disaggregation, the system automatically checks each code in the document according to the following criteria:

• Product group: Medicinal Products

• Valid code status: Applied

• Additional status: Absent (e.g., the code is not embedded in an AIC)

• Packaging level: Transport packaging (Level 1 or 2)

• Emission type: Import

What happens upon successful processing?

• The specified transport packages are disaggregated – their status changes to "Disaggregated".

• The inner packages remain unchanged, but:

1. The link to the parent code is removed (i.e., they are no longer part of an aggregation);

2. Aggregation codes of higher levels containing these disaggregated packages are also automatically disaggregated.
