Profile Settings: User Type

The user type determines how a user interacts with the system and defines their permissions and work scenarios.

The system provides two types of users:

User Type Description
Business User Allows working on behalf of an organization through the system’s web interface.
Technical User Enables interaction with the system on behalf of an organization via the API.

The "User Type" parameter is set when filling out the "General Information" block in the participant profile section – "Add User" ⬇️
