NIS LTG: Correction of information on labeling codes

To correct information about labeling codes, go to the menu item "Labeling of goods" → "Documents", click on the button "Add document", select the item "Adjustment of information about marking codes" from the list.

A screen form will open:

1. It is necessary to fill in the data in the tab "Step 1. General information":

The fields "Applicant's TIN/PINFL" are filled in automatically based on the data from the user's profile.

The fields "Commodity group", "Type of information" and "Value" are filled in manually.
You can select from the "Type of information" list:

  • Issue type

  • Date of production

  • Expiration date

  • Production series number

2. Go to filling in the information about goods (tab "Step 2. Goods") by pressing the button "Upload XLS" and select the necessary file with codes in .xls and .xlsx format

The "Upload XLS" button opens the dialog window for uploading the file with the corrected marking codes.

In doing so, be sure to check the LC for compliance:

Issue Type::

  • package type "Unit of goods" or "Group package" (Indication of TPIC, SSCC transport code is not allowed);

  • code status "Issued", "Applied" or "Applied and paid";

  • no additional status (Not attached to AIC); 

  • current value of the emission type "Production" or "Import";

  • the person who performed the code issuance (issuer);

  • if a code with a parent is specified in the request, processing is not performed.

Date of production:

  • package type "Unit of goods" or "Group package" (Indication of TPIC, SSCC transport code is not allowed);

  • code status "applied", "applied, not paid";

  • no additional status (Not attached to AIC);

  • The person who performed the code issue (issuer);

  • If the codes are enclosed in a transport or group package, the production date will change when the enclosed consumer package codes are specified. The operation will only affect the consumer package codes and will not affect the shipping or group package codes.

  • not later than the date of code application (date of application report submission);

  • If Group Packing is specified in the request, apply the change to all nested items.

Date of expiration:

  • package type "Unit of goods" or "Group package" (Indication of CITU, SSCC transport code is not allowed);

  • code status "Applied", "Applied, not paid";

  • no additional status (Not enclosed in AIC);

  • The person who issued the code (issuer);

  • If codes are enclosed in transportation or group packaging, the expiration date will change when the enclosed consumer package codes are specified. The operation will only affect the consumer package codes and will not affect the codes of the transportation or group packaging.

Production series number:

  • package type "Unit of goods" or "Group package" (Indication of TPIC, SSCC transport code is not allowed);

  • code status "Applied", "Applied, not paid";

  • no additional status (Not enclosed in AIC);

  • The person who performed the code issuance (issuer);

  • If codes are enclosed in a shipping or group package, the production series number will change when indicating enclosed consumer package codes. The operation will only affect consumer package codes and will not affect transportation or group package codes);

  • The production series number can be specified up to 20 characters.

*You can specify codes with key and verification code (crypto-tail) and identification code (without crypto-tail).

The "Save as draft" button saves a draft of the document "Adjustment of information about labeling codes", which can be edited later.

The "Cancel" button cancels the document creation and returns the user to the list of documents after the user confirms the cancellation:

The "Submit" button is active if all mandatory fields are filled in and the codes are successfully uploaded.
