Aggregation. Recommendations for Aggregating Goods

To support logistics processes, the ASL BELGISI National Information System provides a function for aggregating labeled goods — the creation of logistic packaging (group and transport), which is assigned its own digital identifier (aggregation code) containing information about the hierarchy of all nested packages.

Aggregation enables the recording of the movement of labeled goods between market participants without the need to open the logistic packaging or scan the identification means of individual product units.

Information about the aggregation of goods is transmitted to the ASL BELGISI system by the participant responsible for forming the logistic packaging (group or transport).
